		<description>I don&#039;t appreciate that they don&#039;t return submissions. They take no responsibility for damage, and are essentially to cheap to put a stamp on your submission and return it. 

I emailed them to ask, this is how I know what their practices are.

Very shoddy for a gov&#039;t funded program if you ask me.</description>
